Abstract Writing Workshop

This year’s Romancing the Gothic is happening in August. You can find more information here on ‘The Supernatural and Witchcraft in Belief, Practice and Depiction’.

We know that it might be people’s first time applying to a conference or the first using British conventions. You might just not be feeling confident about abstract writing. To make the conference as accessible and approachable as possible, we’ve set up two abstract writing workshops. You’re welcome to attend whether or not you’re applying for the conference, but they will be focused on prepared for the conference. The skills and advice will be transferrable though and previous attendees have found the workshop helpful in applying for other conferences and events.

The abstract writing workshops are at 11am and 7pm GMT on 8th March 2023. You can convert the time to your own time zone here.
